Purchase Process (For Buyers)

  • Inquiry & Specification Hearing

    Please notify us of the product you wish to purchase via the "Buy" button (requires account registration) or the inquiry form.
    Our representative will contact you within 3 business days.
    Even if the product is not listed on the platform, we welcome purchase requests.
    Feel free to consult us anytime.

  • Meeting and On-Site Inspection with Seller

    Once you find a machine of interest, we will contact the seller on your behalf.
    Upon receiving the seller’s consent, we will disclose their company name.
    Then, we will coordinate a meeting and on-site inspection schedule between you and the seller.
    (*You can confirm the machine’s operation on-site, and check its condition, usage history, and accessories.)

  • Confirmation of Purchase Intent & Order

    After the on-site inspection, we will reconfirm your intent to purchase.
    If you agree, we will proceed with the ordering process.
    (*At this stage, the sales contract has not yet been finalized.)

  • Payment

    Once the purchase details and delivery schedule are finalized, please transfer the payment to our designated account.
    After confirming payment, we will request the seller to ship the product.

  • Delivery & Inspection

    The product will be shipped by the seller.
    Upon arrival, please perform the final condition check (inspection) at your site.

  • After-Sales Support

    We also provide support for any questions or maintenance consultations after installation.
    We are happy to assist with repeat purchases or future equipment upgrades as well.
